Acceptance of Terms
By engaging North Oz Plumbing (“we”, “us”, “our”) for any plumbing or construction services, or by using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
Our Services
North Oz Plumbing provides plumbing, maintenance, and construction services to residential, commercial, mining, and remote community clients across Western Australia, in accordance with applicable Australian standards and OH&S requirements.
Quotes and Pricing
Quotes provided are estimates based on information available at the time and may be subject to change if the scope of work varies. All prices are in Australian dollars and, unless stated otherwise, exclude GST.
Payment Terms
Invoices are due within the timeframe stated on the invoice. Late payments may incur additional fees or interest in accordance with applicable law. Any deposit or progress payment terms will be confirmed in writing prior to commencement of work.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
We ask for reasonable notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a booked job. Cancellation fees may apply where short notice results in a loss of time or resources.
Warranties
We carry out all work in compliance with relevant Australian plumbing standards and regulations. Where materials or workmanship are found to be faulty, we will rectify the issue in accordance with our warranty terms and your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any loss or damage arising from our services is limited to the resupply of the relevant service or the cost of having the service re-supplied. Nothing in these Terms excludes any consumer guarantee that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
Site Access and Safety
Clients must ensure safe and reasonable access to the work site. We reserve the right to delay or decline work where site conditions present an unacceptable safety risk.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, and logos, remains the property of North Oz Plumbing unless otherwise stated.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia.
